Séverine Vitali always seems to have one word on the tip of her tongue: act. Séverine live in Zurich, speaks several langages and has been getting involved and taking action via the solidarity network Solinetz since 2009. Among other things, she is a conference interpreter for the Swiss Parliament and devotes much her time and energy to the cause of refugees. Author of the book La cuisine des réfugiés, she offers refugees the opportunity to share their knowledge and their culinary traditions. She depicts their daily life with humility. Séverine is a mother of four children, and now claims to have “several families.”
