First of all teachers and school directors, Mélanie Cotting and Quentin Bays stopped their carrier with this observation: a lot of young children though they were bad at school and will never succeed. They became convinced that the issue was not about teaching maths or geography, but teaching kids how to trust themselves and help them fulfill their potential. The development of self-confidence is now the center of their reflection.

After some years of researches and experimentations, they developed a new pedagogic approach which includes a game: Cap sur la Confiance®. This game is now used as a support in their workshops for kids as well as adults. Cooperative, educative and positive, the game already helped a lot of people, like Basile, 12 years old: “Actually the most important isn’t the game… It’s what is happening inside during the game!”.
