Born in Brasil to a Hungarian mother and a Swiss father, Marina’s parents taught her the culinary art at a young age ; exotic and colorful flavors, without forgetting the classics of Swiss tradition, such as Ovomaltine. After travelling the world modelling, Marina decided to indulge in her two passions: gastronomy and literature. She arrived in Paris to attend cooking and pastry classes in the prestigious schools Le Cordon Bleu and Lenôtre, after which she became a culinary journalist and translator. In 2002, she co-hosted the culinary program Bon Appétit Bien Sûr, led by famous Chef Joël Robuchon. After the birth of her daughter in 2011, Marina chose to live in Switzerland, rediscovering familiar aromas and flavours from childhood vacations. Her book, full of sincerity, is the result of on year’s work, a will to share, and a great amount of determination.
